Hedgehog in the Fog Chocolate Bar

Having tried this already, I must quote Jules Winnfield "This is some serious gourmet shit!" It's sooo good. The white chocolate is unlike any white chocolate you've ever tasted. It's sweetness is cut slightly by the black pepper and then it finishes with the soft bergamot. I won't lie, I didn't think I'd like it based on the description, but I was so wrong. I need to try Yana's other chocolates now! - Craig

The name of this bar was inspired by a cartoon Yana, the creator of Only Child Chocolate Co., watched as a child in Russia. Hedgehog in The Fog is about a timid hedgehog looking for his friend the bear in a mist-enveloped forest, so they could meet for tea.

Foggy white chocolate is blended with bergamot, the signature flavor in Earl Grey tea, and topped off with freshly ground, prickly black pepper. Sweet, yet spiky.
