The American Genre Film Archive (AGFA) represents the world's largest theatrical catalog of exploitation cinema. Their home video line presents a diverse selection of movies, ranging from new preservations of classics from the vast library of Something Weird to the wildest in shot-on-video (SOV) titles. Vinegar Syndrome’s sister company, OCN Distribution, is thrilled to be representing this diverse and unique home video line!

A joyous horror variation on Scorsese's AFTER HOURS, SCARY MOVIE stars Academy Award© nominee John Hawkes (WINTER'S BONE) in one of his earliest roles. On Halloween night, the nerdy Warren (Hawkes, channeling Buster Keaton and Crispin Glover) attends a haunted attraction in a small Texas town. But is the haunted house as harmless as it seems, or has a psychotic killer found fresh meat? A passion project that was filmed in Austin, Texas by director Daniel Erickson, SCARY MOVIE combines Argento-esque neon, Freddy Krueger dreamscapes, and slapstick inspired by EVIL DEAD 2 to forge a valentine to the Halloween season, rubber monster masks, and chopped-off limbs.
