Charli

Founded in 1979, VCX has been one of the premier names in erotic films on home video for close to 50 years. With a vast catalog of genre classics, featuring star making performances and top quality direction, these meticulously restored Blu-ray editions will present the VCX library as never before seen.

Charli loves her husband Jack, and Jack adores his caring, beautiful wife. But the spark and spontaneity has vanished from their marriage, particularly when it comes to their sex life. Their connection appears to be falling apart and neither can figure out what to do. Charli’s best friend Janet and Jack’s coworker Al both try to encourage the lust lost  between the couple, but still their eyes begin to stray and increasingly torrid fantasies of others start to dominate their minds. Can anything truly reunite this otherwise  seemingly-perfect couple?

One of the essential crossover films of the early 1980s, CHARLI remains a testament to the sensual heights achieved by couples-oriented theatrical erotica just before home video claimed the industry. Directed by Stu Segall (as Godfrey Daniels) and featuring  Annette Haven (China Girl), Eric Edwards (The Fireworks Woman), Lee Carroll (Anytime, Anyplace), an appearance from beloved character actor John Goff (Tammy & the T-Rex), and a masterful lead performance from Jesie St. James (Centerspread Girls), this sweet and deceptively simple story shows how true love can never be extinguished. VCX is proud to bring this all-American romance to Blu-ray, newly restored in 4K from its 35mm original camera negative.
