Vinegar Syndrome’s sister company, OCN Distribution, will exclusively handle U.S. distribution, on select releases, for Subkultur, bringing their unique taste for genre curation and penchant for quality restoration work to American audiences. We are thrilled to be representing Subkultur's line of US home video releases!

Kenneth Barlow, a washed-up and forgotten music manager who once organized the Rolling Stones’ tours in his heyday, is desperate to achieve another major success and turn an unknown musician into an overnight star. To do so, he picks out the naive and fresh-faced Moody Mudinsky, intending to use him to replace the popular punk scene.

Barlow isn’t interested in the boy; all that matters to him are headlines and profit. With the help of an accomplice, he organizes street fights and riots, leaving no stone unturned to achieve his selfish goal. However, when a young girl is killed during a staged assassination attempt on his protégé, the situation spirals completely out of control and reality strikes back mercilessly.
